Children are our most precious treasure. Each parent/carer/guardian wants to ensure that their children have the best possible conditions to live, play, and recovery. For that very reason, the most significant and largest investment to have been carried out by Kujawsko-Pomorskie Inwestycje Medyczne was the rebuilding and expanding the Josef Brudzinski Provincial Children’s Hospital in Bydgoszcz. The budget intended for the purpose of development and modernisation investments carried out in provincial hospitals was 170 million PLN, in the years 2009-2016.
The first stage of rebuilding the Josef Brudzinski Provincial Children’s Hospital was completed in April 2013. On that date, building B1 was commissioned and all hospital wards (except for the Department of Paediatric Neurology), and all medical and non-medical units were transferred to the new building.
In 2014, all the investments included in the Programmed were completed, including purchases of equipment. The hospital is still receiving new medical equipment, in order to make sure that the youngest patients receive the best possible health care.
The Josef Brudzinski Provincial Children’s Hospital in Bydgoszcz has been providing medical services for children for 64 years. It has also been the leading healthcare institution providing services in the scope of general paediatrics and specialist medical and educational services, in the region.
